Still waiting and waiting and waiting
Did an Upgrade/package change on 11 December and received a reference number but thats where it stopped.. No confirmations call , no phone delivery, nothing..Phoned upgrades today and they say that confirmations have not even registered the upgrade or arranged delivery of the phone yet. I want this phone before christmas. This is what you get after having a vodacom contract since 2000.. Pathetic..maybe I should just port my number as this contract end date was July this year. Might get some response.
