still waiting after leaving my phone a month ago

I took my phone into vodacom customer care at the midlands Liberty mall in PMB over a month ago. They said it would take 7- 10 working days to get my phone back or let me know what's happening. I haven't heard from them and everytime I try cotacting the branch the phone just rings! I don't want to waste a trip going there that is why I have been trying to call them.
