Still waiting

vodacom i'm still waiting for my i5 laptop RAM couriers picked up the wrong one, i gave them only the laptop because the router was the correct one and its working when are you going to deliver my laptop ? I wrote a letter to the Beeld newspaper in this regard which i forwarded to client services. I don't care the make whethet its an HP, or Acer as long as it is a i5 and NOT a Celeron
