Still waiting

I am very busy at work this time of year, but my contract with Cell C is up for renewal and I have decided that instead I will change to Vodacom. I am already rethinking my descision. I got permission to leave work early on Wednesday 4 Feb. Due to loadshedding and no traffic lights, I got to the store at 5:15pm (45mins before the store closes). The consultant was busy with another customer. So I waited. Another person suggested I fill in the forms whilst I wait. Once I had finished and the consultant was free she took the forms and told me that she can only process the application tomorrow. I said that was fine but I still had a few questions and had left work to come ask them. She said no, she will call me tomorrow and we can talk. I told her I am very busy at work but she insisted that I must wait for her call. She then called me the next day and I answered to say that I was busy with a client and could she call back in 15 minutes. She never called back. So I called her 3 hours later and she said she was busy and would call me back...that was 3 days ago. I still don't know what is going on and am not very impressed with the lack of service and bad attitude of the consultant.

Hello Amy-Sue,

I would like to apologise for the service received. This is certainly not in line with Vodacom's aim in achieving service excellence.

I have escalated this matter to the Regional Office for further investigation and feedback.

Kind regards
Vodacom Consumer Website Team

Best regards,
