Still Waiting
So I ordered a phone about two weeks ago. They only shipped it out TODAY and said it will take 72 Hours Works hours until delivery. I also had to Phone them twice because I didn't get a tracking number, which then led to them getting my order wrong, TWICE!
You'll have better luck just going in to get your upgrade.
