Still Waiting

<p>I made an online purchase last December but was away on holiday when the delivery of the device was made. The courier company wouldn't leave it with the occupants at home and so it was not delivered. Upon my return I was told that the device was returned to Vodacom. Hundreds of minutes later and about 8 different phone calls and i'm still nowhere. Funny thing is that i work for them and even my internal contacts haven't refunded my money. Wonder how i hold back payment on my on my Phone bill this month... I'm only waiting 3 months now</p>
