Still waiting...

On 11 January 2016 I lodged a complaint against Vodacom regarding their incompetence to move my debit order to my new bank account, the penalties charged due to their incompetence and now absurdly incorrect invoicing on my January 2017 (top-up) bill. I have been awaiting numerous promised phone calls since October 2016. Vodacom once again gave their generic "we will contact you in due course" reply on my hellopeter complaint. It is now 6 days later and the only phone calls I'm getting is the harassing "Dear Valued Customer" pre-recorded voice. So tell me Vodacom, how long does it take for Vodacom to contact their "Valued Customers" in "Due Course"? 1 week, 1 month, 1 year? Because if I am so " Valued" why am I now waiting for more than 3 months?
