Still Waiting
I did an online upgrade for my cellphone. When the delivery was to take place, the courier was hijacked. Now I have to wait till the insurance pays out. What has this got to do with me? I can't cancel my contract because I've app**** for an upgrade but I don't have a new device. Please sort this out
