Still Waiting

After 2 reports to Hello Peter (last one didnt even receive a response) and 6 days short of a month.... I am still waiting for my refund. Yet if you owe Vodacom money, they add interest, cut you off and hand you over! Ive given up on phoning asking for updates as the supervisors are even rude. Although the latest feedback, update I received was the money had been refunded to me and the ticket had been closed, yet there are no credits into my bank account, so not sure where the money went
