Still waiting

email ,phone call ,promises it all a joke to Vodacom as nothing works , it is now about 2 weeks that i have been told that my phone would be replaced , but no i am still waiting ,people promise to come back to you but that also takes weeks to happen . i have just replaced a phone at vodacom but i think i have made a mistake i should have gone to the opposition but then i hear they are also a mess so i must face the music , i can guarantee you i will stop payment the next time this happens and let them stop my service <br> <br> O yes Kim thorton you are also useless as you are one that also makes promises and never returns calls or emails , or do you ignore every thing
