Still waiting 1 year later

In april 2015 both my dad an i tookout contracts with vodacom.the particular contract came with a free phone cover.they were out of stock and said they would call once stock was recieved. After 3 months i called to follow up and got pushed from one call center agent to another. The store never called back. Its now been 1 year and still nothing. Vodacom shouldnt advertise things if they cannot fulfill. 2 contracts 2 phone covers not recieved. These contracts were taken out in 2 different ways 1 was ordered online and the other in store and both did not fulfill the advertisment.
