Still Vodacom has ignore the request - even after payment - and is again demanding even more
You will not believe this!! I was sms’ed another account this month. What else can I do?
This after an email dated ***8 from the customer: I have not received any additional communication from Vodacom. Can you please confirm if there was a request/dispute logged for a refund on this account.
Email from Vodacom ***1 We have received your request to convert *** to pre-paid.It has been logged and will take effect on 2020-07-01 14:51:01. We recommend you use any remaining minutes and data before this date as it will be lost during conversion to prepaid. For any queries, please call Cancellations on ***.
You have the pure gail to send a private email from this platform informating me that you will contact me on my post number - check your records - this is done on behalf of a vodacom cutomer that you cut off from calling your call centre as they 'call to much'. What type of customer service is this when Vodacom inpersonal servers do a counter on call where a call is dropped on a customer when your untrained and unknowladge staff finish a laughable greeting with nothing more then 'hello'.
First, as a call center agent I would also like to add my absolute disdain for the training of your staff and your professionalism, if you company greeting is a complete inadequate 'hello'. Then only to be followed by the call being put down... Not cut by a server, not dropped by your network, but put down a a call center consultant you does not take the call.
As you give the service as a communication company, your quality assessment of your agents are far below standard.
Vodacom, as an communication entity should have staff that can actually communicate and have the technological backing to reach the caller if call is cut - as we both know this will be the half wit excuse that will be used.
Here is what I expect. You have the references by this complaint to see who is the caller you have block by the account details. Call them within the next week (end date ***4). This client will not be asked to pay another payment as they have already made more payment to you then what you are entitled to by your own regulation on cancellation. Sort your problem with you client and please stop trying to contact me as the person logging the complaint.
This client that you are embezzling money from does not owe you. In fact, you have an active request that is accepted by Vodacom to correct the payment made up until the receipt of the cancellation and with your termination period.
As an existing client myself, I have been shock by this service and are left to wonder when this will be done to me to as an enslaved contract holder.
Your actions will be posted (good, or not). If you have any business sense, it will be prudent to try and save face after *****ing from your clients.
The number on the contract is ***, and you have several communication by which you can see what your customers requested number is.
The customers contact number is listed in the cell number field - I cannot make it more plane
