Still useless!

<p>On the 16th of November 2016. I went to Vodashop in Waterfall Mall Rustenberg to do a sim swop. The lady said 4-24 hours and it will be active. After 24 hours the new sim wasn't active, so I phoned the Vodacom 111 no and the consultant said everything looks fine on my account and se will reregister the sim swop, she also said 4-24 hours. After ANOTHER 24 hours the sim was STILL NOT ACTIVE. I phoned AGAIN and the consultant said she doesn't know what's going on and put me through to another who put me through to another, after 10 consultants and another 24 hours later my sim was STILL not ACTIVE, so I phoned AGAIN and asked to speak to a Manager, he said he will put this problem through to the "BACKOFFICE" and i can expect a call from him within 8 hours, after 24 hours i phones AGAIN!!!!!! Spoke to a different manager that said he will put this problem through to the "ENGINEERS" and he will call me back after 4 hours.... 24 hours later I phoned agian, still with NO ACTIVE SIM, the ****Y/ARROGANT floor manager told me he cant to ANYTHING as their system is off and he doesn't understand why I am angry!!!!!!! No i ask the question: HOW can't vodacom solve an issue after 10 consultants, 3 managers, a back office and ENGINEERS??????????????????? What a TOTALLY USELESS COMPANY!!!!!</p>
