Still unsatisfied with Vodacom. Empty promises

Since my review was written and feedback that Vodacom consultant will phone me. Nobody contacted me up to date and I'm still were I started. The service is petetic and as I said before I recommended people to Vodacom and now this.

Still waiting for Vodacom to resolve my complaint.

Nobody at Vodacom know what's happening on my account .

This is really not Customer services or valuing customers
