Still unresolved

i wrote to hello peter about a situation with my mothers vodacom contract phones and vodacom contacted her to initiate solving the problem. However the matter is still lingering and has not been solved nor has vodacom made contact to update her with the progress or next step. What do we do now? I don't foresee her taking up a vodacom contract again
