Still the same ostrich

I recently wrote a report about Vodacom customer support and likened Vodacom to an ostrich, as they keep quiet, stick their head into the sand and hope for the problem to go away. I got the usual generic answer, beeing told a consultant will contact me shortly and as usual, what happened ? Nothing, not a call, not an e-mail, nothing.

Vodacom have been informed in one of my previous posts, that I can not always take their calls and I don't use an alternate number.
On the 22nd of May, 10 days after my last post, I got an sms, it stated
Vodacom: "We have not been able to get hold of you with regards to the query you logged. Use our self-help options in the Vodapay App: My Vodacom> Support>TOBI>Coverage Maps or Network Outages. Still need help. Call us on 082135 and kindly provide an alternative number where you can be reached."
This proves, they don't even read the comments we post on Hellopeter and
they they are not really interested in interacting with us, we should rather use TOBI.

I was obviously correct about Vodacom not reading our comments on Hellopeter.
The dispute referred to and the service ticket mentioned in the comment above are not even linked to the complaint mentioned. 😬
This is absolute proof, the person who posted on 25 May did not read my comment posted the night before.
Absolutely no wonder its impossible to get any sensible reply.

Again, some people don't want to learn and they are not prepared to read.
I missed a call from the Vodacom Hellopeter team a few minutes again and what is the response ?
I am again redirected to TOBI.
TOBI asks me what number I want to query and if it is my number press #.
Unfortunately TOBI doesn't understand the # command and keeps repeating the same question.
So much for Vodacom customer service.
