Still struggling to cancel a contract, some lady called me from Vodacom and asked me to contact the so called MBD collection, u was handed over to them and she promised to call back in few hours time, still no call till today. I called this MBD company and was told my account is now owing and closed. They also promised to send the paid up letter within 48 hrs, still waiting no letter. It's been over a week now. So tired and frustrated of being sent from one person to another...
