Still receive statements even after cancelling my contract

<p> </p> <p>I had initially on the 16th Sept 2016 asked for the upgrade to Sony Xperia XA but was told I do not qualify for it and instead was offered a Sony Xperia m4 aqua however they delivered a Huawei P8 lite black to me which I didn’t want. I then requested that it be returned back to Vodacom (still sealed) as this is not what I had requested and it didn’t interest me either. (And this was then done)</p> <p> </p> <p>As a results I was no longer interested in an upgrade or/and any contract with Vodacom and on the 20th September I then sent a formal letter requesting contract termination and an email was sent to me confirming contract termination however to date I still receive Vodacom statement in my name indicating that owe them even after I have sent several emails and made plenty of calls to Vodacom; yet I don’t even possess their cell phone.</p>
