still paying phone - but Vodacom won't repair it!
I have a contract with Vodacom - Cell number *** (originally with Nashua mobile) I am still paying for the phone! The phone is now giving problems (less than 2 years old) but Vodacom gives me a **** story about how my device isn't covered through them since it's a Nashua device. As a former Nashua employee - I know the process! Vodacom bought the client base over! I am no longer paying Nashua, my debit order now belongs to Vodacom. Vodacom wanted customers -therefore - they should take the responsibilities that comes with it! Like repairs! How is it fair that I must continue to pay Vodacom but they refuse to fix my phone?? So take my money - but give me no service?
