Still paying Lawyers for what

Hi, I had a vodacom contract. At that time I moved my bank accounts and the installment amount bounced back. I wasnt aware of this and after 2 months my number was switched off, Vodacom advised that I need to pay an activation fee and I asked why I wasnt contact to atleast notify me about the outstanding payments. I then felt very upset because of me having to get a new number because they gave my number to someone else without waiting for me to try and pay atleast. I then got calls from Lawyers in which I've made arrangements on payments. I've never recomended anyone since then to use vodacom, today I'm still paying the lawyers, but I dont even have any benefits to what I'm paying . I think Vodacom is the worst and all people I do come in contact with I speak bad of Vodacom. I need to know, seeing that Vodacom shows that they care, why should I still pay for not getting anything. I work in a CRM environment and Word of mouth is a strong tool. I HATE VODACOM, but need an answer on why i must still pay for a service I'm not using?
