Still Paying for contract I do not have anymore !!

I was sold a contract under false commitments, After reporting it on Hellopeter, Vodacom investigated this matter and admitted to be guilty regarding this issue. The whole contract was supposed to be cancelled and the tablet were collected. I am still getting charged for this contract although I have no tablet or contract anymore. I need to be refunded for all the bills that were *******ly charged.
