Still Paying for a Defective Samsung Watch – Vodacom Ignoring Me!

I bought a Samsung S25 and a Samsung smar****ch from Vodacom Cresta lower-level shop in March 2025. From day one, the watch was a disaster; it overheated, and the battery barely lasted 20–30 minutes. I couldn’t even wear it without it burning my wrist!

I returned it to the store on day three. They sent it for “repairs,” but it came back exactly the same. The technician’s report was blank. The store manager couldn’t help.

I contacted Vodacom on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and TikTok. Every time I was promised help, yet nothing has been done. I am STILL paying for a watch that i dont even have, either using or that I've never used.

I returned this defective product within 7 days, yet Vodacom has completely ignored its contractual obligations. This is unacceptable. If you’re thinking about buying from Vodacom, beware, they don’t stand behind their products.
