Still nothing happening!!!!

so finally my screen gets replaced... but at whose cost???? at my own?? why should this come out of my one free screen replacement , when Vodacom broke it in the 1st place???? This has been the 6th time my phone has gone in for repairs due to 'manufacturers faults' and now I get the phone back and there is a problem with the front camera and LCD ????? Vodacom I am gatvol!!!!!
