still not resolved after a month again
Hi please help.On 13 Nov 2017 I went into a voda shop to find out why I am paying R300 more on my two phones than Ishould and was shown on the computer that I am paying for three contracts. I told the gentleman I never ever had thee I was asked to contact the cancellation dept. The person that helped my (what a great person) asked me to email a copy of my ID and an afidavit hich I did on 20 Nov. The third of Des the higher dt order went off again. I phoned
to enquire about it and was told the investigation was at a sensitive stage and the phone couldnt be cancelled
at that stageI must wait. On 22 Des I received my pension and phoned to hear if I shuold provide for the higher amount again and was referred to forensics, They said they will give priority treatment to my case as it was outstanding for long whwen I asked when it will be finalised the lady said to me it will defenately be that afternoon and they will phone me with the outcome. Until today I have not heard one word from Vodacom. Is there a Ombutsman for cell companies. How do I contact them Am I allowed to contact the S.A. Police to investigate the matter for me as voda forensics could not, I never ever in my life had THREE contracts with voda. I had the one witch i am useing for more years than I can remember. On 3 Desember 2o16 I took out the 2nd one to help my son. I would very much like to know is it only me paying donations to vodacom, or are all old age pensioners obliged to donate and for what charity, or has voda got financial problems
