Still not resolved

I listed a report two weeks ago regarding Vodacom *****ing money from me. I was contacted by a person by the name Dominique who was dealing with the matter. I have had no further feedback and my account has been deducted again without my consent. I don't know what else to do to get Vodacom to pay back the money they stole from me?!
