Still not happy!!

Okay, so I complained about Vodacom on this website, about a week ago. I did get a prompt response back from them, the next day, actually, but my problem with my account has still not been resolved.

The complaint was about an arrears amount of R1919.51 that Vodacom says has not been paid. I have send numerous emails with the proof of payment to them, they then responded with an email stating that both the payments I send them does reflect on the account. I automatically thought that the problem was resolved.

I then went to Vodacom Customer Care in PMB, Liberty Mall, to pay my latest statement, which showed that I had to pay an amount of R1730.51 on 01.06.2016. When I got there, the consultant, Quinton, said that I was in arrears with R188.60, which I then paid, as well as the latest statement amount of R1730.51. I then asked him if my account will now be up to date, and he said yes it is up to date now, I only need to pay the next amount of R1830.42 by the end of June.

Much to my horror, I received an sms from Vodacom this morning, saying that I am in arrears on my account, and if I don't pay the amount of R1830.42, my account will be suspended. Now, I really don't know how much more money I need to give Vodacom, before my account will be corrected. Please see all my payments below, and then please tell me where I missed a payment, as I don't know where these arrears amounts are coming from:

January - R4565.99 paid via debit order on 04/01/16

Februay - R2816.04 paid via debit order on 01/02/16

March - R2069.47 paid by direct deposit STD bank, Midlands Mall on 01/03/16

April - R1919.51 paid by direct deposit STD bank, Hayfields on 01/04/16

May - R1731.00 paid directly at Vodacom Customer Care, Midlands Mall on 31/05/16

R188.60 paid directly at Vodacom Customer Care, Midlands Mall on 03/06/16

I don't know why I had to pay the R188.60, but I paid it, and was assured that my account was up to date. I will not pay any more money to Vodacom, as I feel that I have paid every month, and have not skipped a payment, ever, since I've been with Vodacom, and I have been with them for many years.

This account needs to be reconciled properly, and sorted out once and for all. And please stop telling me that the debit orders was sent back, unpaid, that is the reason why there is two direct deposits, for the two times that the debit orders was sent back. It was sent back, but it was then paid over the counter. So, that excuse is really lame.

Sort out my account properly, and if you guys can't figure it out, please get someone who can.

Thank you
