Still not contacted
I lodged a complaint via this platform on the 6 August 18H20 and you rep**** that I will be contacted soon but guess what, since that day nobody has emailed or even contacted me. Customercare management please respond. If I don't get a call by end of day tomorrow am emailing your CEO.
