Still not assisted, now my line is deactivated

Good day This feedback is unacceptable for the following reasons

1. I never received any discount, I've spoken to Randall and Millicent, and none of them advised of a discount that I was given

2. The communication when I took out the contract was that I will be receiving a dual Sim device, which is being Samsung A21s, with 2 Sim cards. No discounts, agreement to pay 180 over 30 month period

3. I asked that Vodacom listen to the recording in order to provide clear feedback on what transpired, and find an amicable way forward.

4. I was clear in the beginning of what I was willing and able to pay, any additional charges now I do not accept

5. I asked that the extra billing be stopped, I continue with the contract the way it was the first few months after inception, and that I be refunded for the 5 months that I was billed

6. This has not happened, instead, I am now to pay extra on top of the initial agreed costs, and also the line for airtime has been deactivated? No explanation, no call, no feedback, no discussion. Just that the line is disconnected, and I find that out when I had to make an important emergency call???

7. I am beyond livid. I am shocked, and I am confused at the kind of micky mouse games that you are playing there. I've had to take out so much time out of my day to explain in detail to your staff, and the feedback I get is that an erroneous discount that I was not informed about, was canceled, and that I am being billed?

8. What is the meaning of a signed contract? Is that not an agreement between all parties? Where is my agreement in any of this? Where is my agreement with regards to the discount? Where is my agreement on the cancelation of the line?

9. Your mistakes should not inconvenience me as a customer. I am expecting to pay the agreed amount because that's what I asked for. I expect to receive the service I signed and agreed to. I expect you to hold your end of the deal as I do mine with timeous payments.

10. Stop treating your customers like uninformed people who don't know what customer service is. You have failed me dismally, and you are taking accountability in any of this to fix and and give the client what they expect. I am not asking for miracles or favors, I am asking that you give what you said you will give, which is what sealed the contract. I would have never agreed to the contract if I had known of hidden amounts that would pop up 6 months down the line.

I will be taking this to the ombudsman.

From a very furious client
