still not a word

I made a complaint about Vodacom regarding their website and mobi app a while ago. How you can't buy data on your other contracts if you have more than 1. I also complained about how i don't receive my statement via email anymore. I got feedback on this site saying they would be in contact. This was more than a month ago. And guess what? I still haven't received my statement. Yet again another reason the cancel my contracts with these guys
