Still not a single peep from Vodacom

So since the last review, RAM Couriers collected the return, YET we have not had as much as a call from Vodacom. Is this the type of treatment Vodacom gives their clients lately? In my MANY, MANY years with Vodacom, I have not once received such ********** customer service.

Especially since YOUR call centre agents completely messed up my order by not even knowing something as simple as product knowledge!

I would like to get this fixed ASAP, since something as simple as an upgrade (which usually takes 3 days from order to delivery) is now taking CLOSE TO 3 WEEKS!
