Still no upgrade

<p>My wife is still waiting for her upgrade, 4 weeks after it was logged with Vodacom. We have been given the total run around and still nothing. We were even contacted by someone - Monwabisi Ngqonga who said that he worked in the CEO compliants department and he promised that the upgrade device would be delivered and still nothing, why am I not surprised. We are not taking this compliant to ICASA as Vodacom is UTTERLY PATHETIC AND USELESS. We have tried to cancel the contract and also nothing just useless staff and non existent service and empty promises.</p>
