Still no statement since April 2017

I have 3 numbers but only receive statements for 2 numbers.

Please urgently send through all combined statements and invoices to this email.

I have requested previously that emailed statements go to my wife's email address, 2 are received but one is never sent, why not..? Please address this urgently or I will take this further.
