Still no smses

Cannot receive not send smses.... can't get help from Roelof at Chatz connect Wilropark nor from any customer care consultant. Had to do Sim swap.. didn't work...Roelof logged a service request yesterday at around 10h30 in the morning..I was told to wait 24 hours and guess what .... Still not working. I can't believe this is how customers are treated. Can someone just fix this please.
