Still no signal

We don't have any Vodacom signal in Radiokop. I've received 20% discount on my account the past 6 months because Vodacom can't deliver, but now the discount expired as this was supposed to be reviewed. There is still no tower as promised at Papachinos and my signal strength hasn't increased, still the same Edge coverage when phone is on 4G setting. I want the discount to be reviewed and app**** to my account. My email I've sent on this query from last year was read but no one bothered to respond
