Still no service

Good morning
Firstly my name is not Volk. This just shows me the absolute lack of professionalism of Vodacom that you cannot even spell your clients names correctly on your correspondence to them.
That my problems have not been addressed in 2 weeks. What is going on here?
Regards
J. I just received a SMS message from vodacom that my data has run out AGAIN.
I tried to buy data *111# and it is still not working. How long are you people going to take to sort my issues out?
J. It is irrelevant as my main no is ********** 145. And I want that no to remain my main no as that is the no printed on my business card, and by which all my clients know me by. It also appears that the swapping of the nos is the cause now why I have problems with the purchasing of data or why the vodacom app is not working.
Sort it out. The SIM card in my phone is for the no ********** 0145.
Regards
J. They allocated to me a mobile phone no. ********** 145. Many years later the twin call service became available, which I decided to use. I received a SIM card and the no. is ********** 235. Obviously this no. became the slave number.
When Firstcall disappeared and Vodacom SP became my service provider my numbers got changed around. Why? And why now can ********** 145 not be my main number again. If it has been changed around once, why can it not be changed around again. It's not impossible.
The ********** 145 is the number all my clients know me by and is the number printed on my business cards.
This email will eventually go right to the top. I must insist that this now happens immediately and that I am not inconvenienced anymore.
The other issues are that I can now suddenly not by Data on the *111# or the Vodacom App on my phone. Why not?
These issues must be rectified immediately.

Regards
J. Vlok
********** 145
Ps. Mr. Uys, if you get this I would appreciate a call from you to finally sort out this matter that has frustrated me for more than a year now.

Sent from my iPhone 6 Plus

Sent from my iPhone 6 Plus
This e-mail is classified C2 - Vodacom Restricted - Information to be used inside Vodacom but it may be shared with authorised partners.

“This e-mail is sent on the Terms and Conditions that can be accessed by Clicking on this link https://webmail.vodacom.co.za/tc/default.html "
<image001.jpg>
<Problems ********** 145.eml>
<Fwd EC-04FW-2DSEPK techinical issue (SM).eml>

“This e-mail is sent on the Terms and Conditions that can be accessed by Clicking on this link https://webmail.vodacom.co.za/tc/default.html "
