still no service

<p>Iam complaing for the second time in just a week about vodacom and in both ocassions i was told that my new phone will be deliverd to me but till now there is no phone .. i re-app**** and waited for my phone but still nothing from vodacom just to be told that my order has been cancelled for the second time ..any way thanks for nothing vodacom and your online stuff members , i hope Mtn will be of better service .</p>
