Still no service. 7 days counting

<p>Just came from vodacom shop. Still no luck on getting my problems solved. Find out that according to vodacom problems was solved ref: ********** 8745 they just copy and paste the whole thing over to a new service quiry logged. Probibly to give them extra time to puzzle around doing nothing. Wanted to canceĺl my contract but apperently this wil be a premature cancellation. Time to email the consumer protection act</p>
