Still no service
Since 7 Dec 2017 my phone could not receive calls or sms. Reported to Vodacom several times with no change. Put on Hello Peter and Vodacom notified me that they found the problem and since then I cannot make OR receive calls or sms. Phone again yesterday and was told my problem has been resolved. Am really at wits end !!!!!!! I need my phone Vodacom . Is there anyone working at Vodacom that works - please contact ,me and deliver the service we agreed to.
