STILL NO SERVICE

It is very very sad that you have all these complaints but still Vodacom does nothing to better their service or assist customers in resolving queries. They simply write a comment on here saying \query resolved"without it being resolved. Its more sad that you would have more than 19 complaints in one day..... My query is still not resolved hence my account now 2 months in arrears. Sheryl is of no help at all and I honestly dont want to deal with her anymore. The CEO is either not aware or simply doesnt care but then again I sent an email to his personal email address"
