Still no response - Vodacom says in due time. WHEN

Hi have still not received my phone, or a customer relationship call for the below. What does due course mean? Next year? 2018? <br> <br> Got a new Sony Xperia. Broke after 2 weeks. Bring it to Vodashop they send it off for repairs. Finally get sms, come and collect, low and behold phone STILL doesnt start up. So repair centre did nothing, DID NOT EVEN TURN THE PHONE ON!!!. REPLACE THIS PHONE NOW. THIS IS SHOCKING. Tomorrow i get a new tracking number and get to wait another week.Fantastic.
