Still no response to previous complaint

My previous complaint that I placed on Hello Peter http://hellopeter.com/vodacom/complaints/repeated-repairs-and-broken-phone-*** was simply referred but never attended to. No calls, no emails and no further replies on Hello Peter. Just utter ignorance.
