Still no response on my (easy) answer

Dear Vodacom

As you know, this query is coming a very long way. So I'm going to follow a new strategy now by only giving you a one liner instead of explaining:

Did or didn't I receive 2 x airtime of R110 on 21st December 2017?

Good day

Thank you for the posting, this message was meant to reach you a day after you posted the initial query. We apologise that this reply never reached you.

Good day

We regret taking note of your experience.

Please note that purchases made via the bank/bank app need to be queried with the bank in question. They deduct the funds from your account and they allocated the bundle you have selected.

We have no access to check whether or not you were charged twice from your bank account. We have however loaded the airtime as a goodwill gesture on the number ending with 007.

Kind regards

Moddy

Dear Moddy My query is still not sorted out. I am not asking you to verify my bank deductions. I am TELLING you that Standard Bank deducted the amount twice! Here is my query AGAIN (not sure how many times I logged it): I bought airtime for R110 on 21 Dec 2017. Standard Bank deducted R110 TWICE. I checked the airtime afterwards and it was indeed only R110 worth of airtime I got from VODACOM. I phoned Vodacom on 8 Jan at 7:48 and they confirmed that I only got the airtime once. The consultant asked me to take it up with Standard Bank, which I did. They also called Vodacom, and Vodacom told THEM that I received the airtime twice! So, in other words, Vodacom gave conflicting answers. So, I really need to know what happened. Did or didn’t I receive 2 x R110 airtime on the 21st of December? Can sometime go and look for the CORRECT answer? Or maybe provide me with a copy of the call I made to Vodacom on the 8th of Jan so that I can forward it to Standard Bank? They said it will be sufficient to pay me back the R110. If I don't get a response by the end of this week, I will go to the Ombudsman as you are passing the bug to Standard Bank and they are passing it back. Vodacom is the only one who can supply me with an answer, not Standard Bank. A call to me will be perfect, you know! For in case you still don't understand my query... Regards, Jolize
