STILL NO RESPONSE from Vodacom after 2 WEEKS!

<p>Still no reponse to my complaint below to Vodacom on 2 March 2017 and then again on 13 March 2017 and NOW AGAIN on 17 March 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>VODACOM, I POSTED THIS ISSUE BELOW ON 2 MARCH. IT IS NOW 13 March 2017 AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME !!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am paying a network service and for 3 weeks now, the network is once again NOT WORKING!</p> <p> </p> <p>When the person that I am calling answers the phone, I cannot hear them yet the clock timer is counting. I have to call 2 and 3 times to actually hear the person and I am paying for this!</p> <p>OR</p> <p>When a person contacts me then I can hear them but they cannot me!</p> <p>OR</p> <p>When someonce contacts me and I answer then I only hear myself talking and echo but cannot hear the other person!</p> <p>OR</p> <p>Dropped calls</p> <p> </p> <p>This is b..l...t!</p> <p> </p> <p>No matter which area I am in whether it is Sandton, West Rand, East Rand, it is all the same everywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sort this out Vodacom as I AM PAYING FOR THIS!</p>
