Still no response from Vodacom

I placed a complaint on this website on 7 Jan 2016 about my problem with Vodacom violating my rights as a consumer, according to the CPA, by refusing to process a refund for a problematic phone for which their repairs were faulty. I was called on 7 Jan and told they will get back to me on 11 Jan regarding the issue. Nobody has contacted me regarding this. The store which I took the repair to denies any claims that I demanded a refund.

On 28 October 2015 I took my Sony Xperia Z3 to the Vodacom Repair Centre in Canal Walk. The phone had come back and the initial problem was resolved. However, the back plate of the phone which is normally sealed, had a corner standing up. I thus had to book the phone in again only for it to come back weeks later in exactly the same condition. It came back with the exact same problem 3 times, resulting in me having to send it back again and again. In total, it was sent in for repairs 4 times thus far

The last time I sent it in, I demanded a refund as per my rights designated in the CPA stating that a defective repair allows me a full refund of the purchase price of the phone if the defect is found within 3 months of the repair. Call me regarding this
