Still no response From Vodacom

still no response from Vodacom as I'm still being billed the additional contract which I never asked for,I'm not using their phone as I returned back to them ,no one called,no response still til today...their call center they will send you from pillar to post with no success,I'm still waiting for response to close this matter,*** my contact number...Very unhappy
