Still no response
Logged a complaint on the 17/08 regarding my mom's blackberry that we have had problems with since renewing her contract and still have not been contacted by anyone except for an sms. Called customer care and no one has any idea what number I should actually call to find out the progress of the so called investigation. Still no customer service and that after so many years of being a loyal customer! Absolutely disgusted
