STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

After waiting since mid April for my phone repair, I still have not heard from the USELESS Staff at Vodacom 4U Pavillion. Everytime I complain here i get an SMS, to which I cannot reply, saying sorry. I don't want apologies, I want someone to call me and explain why it has taken so ****ING long to complete this job.<br> How hard is it to pick up the phone and solve the problem??? You people need to be fired. Your service stinks
