Still no response

On Wednesday, 24 August 2016 I loged a complaint about being wrongfully overcharged on my contract. Later that day I received a call from vodacom and I told them the story about how I was being charged for services I no longer use. They told me because the contract is not in my name they would have to contact the person who is owner of the contract first and get permission to talk to me. The also said that if I don not have a copy of the actual contract they basically can't help me.

It has now been two days. I have not heard anything else from them, nor has the person in who's name the contract is. Clearly this is not an issue for them because it's not me owing them money. If I was the one in the wrong they would have called me everyday, ten times a day.
