Still no Response

This now my 3rd complaint and again a week and a half has passed and no one contacted me like the said they would, my phone has still been sold by one of the Vodacom branches, which I had given in repairs only, I am still paying for a phoneI dont have for months now. This is unaceptable and I need to know what to do.
