Still no response.

On 8 January I wrote a complaint on HelloPeter about my phone not being repaired properly and that Vodacom never went to the effort of getting back to me. To my surprise the day after the complaint Julian Major from Vodacom SA contacted me he was so friendly and helpful he assured me he would get to the bottom of this and call me back. I am still waiting for his call almost two weeks later and I am still without my phone. I went to my 4U store where the manager emailed Julian over a week ago and on Monday emailed him again. I am still waiting for a reply from Vodacom.
